Ericware / BHWS provides access to Online User Guides 24 hours a day by logging into your Members Area and clicking on the Help Link in the Selection Menu at the top of the screen.
Ticketing System:
The Ericware Support Team is available 24/7. Every system and software package has a help desk tikceting system where customers can submit support questions and receive a timely response 24/7.
Live Online Support:
Ericware introduces live online chat customer service. Speak to one of our Customer Support representatives live by clicking on the Live Chat icon available in all our systems.
